PRIVACY & YOUR CHOICES
Product privacy notice · version 2026-09-05
We use your account name and email, organization membership, property record, owner/contact details, questionnaire answers, supporting files, payment status, report inputs, requested value, and any outcome you choose to record. Optional financing answers and contact permissions are separate from the property-tax evaluation.
Do not submit a Social Security number, bank account credentials, full card number, or unrelated sensitive documents. Hosted checkout handles card entry; the application keeps order amounts and payment references.
Members you invite to an organization can access that workspace's property evaluations. Authorized staff use role-based access and verified MFA sessions. Service providers receive information needed for their configured service. Financing information is transferred only after the separate authorization identifies the partner, purpose, permitted channels, and approved fields.
Uploaded files use private storage with authenticated access and encryption at rest. Production hosting must provide HTTPS, protected database access, backups, and approved operating controls. Account passwords and authenticator secrets are excluded from customer exports.
The current upload policy retains supporting files for one year from upload, then removes them through the retention worker. Report inputs and transaction/support records follow the operator's approved retention policy and applicable data-license limits. Do not rely on this account as your only copy of a filed appeal; keep your documents and submission receipt.
Download your workspace information from Account & team. Correct property facts in the questionnaire, or ask support to correct a delivered report. A correction may require a new review and packet approval.
Submit deletion requests through support and identify the records involved. Staff verify your authority, consider shared-workspace records and necessary retention, and record their response. Withdrawing financing contact permission stops future authorized contact through those channels and notifies the partner; it cannot recall information already delivered.
Use support in your account for privacy requests and their recorded responses. Before paid launch, the operator must supply a publicly reachable privacy contact and approved response procedures.
